Paula Lavoie brings over 30 years of accounting expertise to her role as Controller with Pacific Commercial Management. She is extremely detail oriented which plays a crucial role in accurately performing her duties, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, CAM billings, other tenant billings, monthly and annual financial and operational reports for investors. She has extensive expertise in various property management accounting software including Skyline, Yardi, Rent Roll, Peachtree, as well as Quickbooks, Great Plains, MAS 90 and Excel. Prior to joining PCM, Paula spent over 20 years with various CPA firms in Colorado, California and Washington and the last 6 years doing property management accounting.
