Jordan Christensen
Principal
Jordan Christensen has spent the past fifteen years assisting his clients in making strategic real estate decisions regarding their owned or leased real estate holdings.
Jordan started his commercial real estate career with CB Richard Ellis in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he was an integral member of the only group in the state (at the time) that focused exclusively on tenant representation. There he assisted a number of large tenants in the market such a 150,000 square foot headquarters relocation, the 83,000 square foot renewal of a prominent regional law firm in the Central Business District, as well as tenants with multiple locations worldwide.
After seven successful years in Salt Lake, Jordan relocated his family to Colorado and joined his father at Pacific Commercial Management. Here, Jordan provides owners and investors with the peace of knowing that every detail, from lease provisions to move-in schedules to preventative maintenance schedules, have been addressed. His ability to creatively problem solve is applied to the assets which results in better solutions at a lower cost.
Jordan graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. Jordan and his wife, Cassie, are the proud parents of four amazing children. As a family, they enjoy the Colorado outdoors, especially rock climbing, water skiing, snow skiing, and camping. Jordan is actively involved with a number of volunteer organizations including the Boy Scouts of America and his church's youth program.
